WORKING AREAS
Eduardo is President of Multi- Sectoral Expertise Group. (MSEG). He has guided MSEG’s vision since its founding in 2011 and he leads MSEG’s healthcare sector work in Canada and across the Americas. He serves leading healthcare organisations and diverse populations and communities on all top- unique client’s priorities and needs. His primary areas of focus include health strategy, performance measurement, policy analysis and research. He has extensively served public health care, not-for-profit organizations, Indigenous governments and communities for more than 20 years.
Eduardo leads MSEG’s thinking and research on the future of healthcare framed by the sustainable Development Goals (SDG) agenda particularly in the wake of rapid advancements in virtual care, advanced analytics, medical technologies, emergence of new treatments, healthcare reform and regulatory change, quality assurance, climate change impact on health and population health analysis based on tools such as environmental and social determinants on health approaches including Health Impact Assessment and Health in All Policies.
Eduardo has led the significant development of the firm's knowledge exchange capabilities, including the creation of Inter-American Policy Analysis Group (IPAG) and insights developed through the Multi- Sectoral Analysis Model (MUSA) which are shared by the Healthy Region publication.
Finally, Outside of MSEG, he serves on several advisory, steering, planning committees and working groups as Health Sector Advisor for the Métis National Council in Canada.
